Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union
Evansville, Indiana
The Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union branch office is located in Evansville, Indiana in a
fast growing metropolitan area. The branch office was constructed to offer a freestanding banking
facility for the Credit Union members working, living and doing business on Evansville's east side.
The facility contains 4,046 s.f. It includes a large lobby, customer services offices, teller line,
teller work area and several outreach offices. The branch also includes a three lane drive-through
banking area and separate drive-up ATM.

Post Office Federal Credit Union
Evansville, Indiana
The Evansville Federal Credit Union project provided the client with a new main office building in
a highly visible commercial area. The facility contains 9,190 s.f. on two levels. The main level contains
a spacious lobby, customer service offices, conference room, teller area and administrative offices. The
upper level features an open balcony to the lobby and space for future classroom, office cubicles and storage.
The facility features a barrel ceiling through the lobby and upper floor with majestic windows in the end walls.
The facility also features a three lane drive-through banking area.

Medical Office Building - West
St. Mary's Medical Center
Evansville, Indiana
This project provided the client with an additional four story building shell of approximately 45,000 gross square feet for medical tenant lease space. It is designed to match the original building and is connected to it by a corridor. Interior public spaces were completed as part of the shell. The physician and tenant spaces were designed and constructed as they were leased. |
