Three I Engineering, Inc. offers civil engineering services for subdivision
development, hydrologic studies, roadway, bridge and culvert design, parking lot design,
earthwork design, inspection services, and project management.
Subdivision Design
Single lot subdivision, mini-subdivision, and major subdivision design services are
compiled from client requirements and applicable government codes and standards. Each
package consist of a concept design, lots and roadway, storm structures, and easements
for public utilities. The design of sanitary and storm sewers and storm detention structures
are usually required for all major subdivisions along with a soil erosion control plan in
accordance with Rule 5 of the Indiana Administrative Code and other governing regulations.
Bridge and Culvert Design
Three I Engineering has designed single and multi-span concrete bridges, concrete culverts,
corrugated arch pipes and structural plate pipes. Each structure is selected for durability,
type of usage, and is sized to meet the drainage basin water collection requirements.

bridge deck. The center piers are structured by three 24”
circular concrete columns supported from a concrete footing
bearing on wood piles. The end abutments are cast-in-place concrete

Project Management/Inspection Services
Three I Engineering can provide construction management
of projects to include supervision and inspection of the work.
The service can include purchasing of materials, supervision of
specifications and drawing compliance, inspection of materials
and workmanship, progress reports, invoice approval, and
negotiation of changes.
Our experience includes distressed roads,
bridges renovations, redevelopment property acquisition and
demolition, parking lots, and warehouses, as well as general
concrete and building inspections.
