We were founded in 1976 with an objective to provide complete in-house engineering design services for new or renovated projects. Our building services now include Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Security and communications, Mechanical and Structural design work.

Three I Engineering has provided
numerous clients with a complete
building design service.
This professional service has included site evaluation;
preliminary site and building designs to meet the client's
needs; refining of designs in response to client evaluation
and review; preparation of working drawings and specifications
to be used for bid documents; bidding the project with selected
bidders; and providing periodic inspection to assure contract
compliance.
Each of the senior principals, all registered professionals, heads a department within the firm.
The departments within the firm are architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and paint finishing.
The professional staff with Three I Engineering grew from the three original founders in 1976 to approximately 60 people by 1995. Since that time we have been able to maintain a level staffing which allows us to efficiently use our management resources and office facilities.
