Three I Engineering, Inc. is a consulting Engineering/Architectural firm
specializing in the design of industrial, commercial, and medical building facilities and equipment installation. We were founded in 1976 with an objective to provide complete in-house engineering design services for new or renovated projects. Our building services now include Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Security and Communications Mechanical and Structural design work.

Since our beginning, we have continued to grow and now offer our clients other services including: the design and engineering for industrial and automotive paint finishing systems; programmable controller design; roof consulting and inspection; and land surveying.

We have provided engineering and architectural services for industrial and hospital facility engineers and maintenance professionals, contractors, insurance firms, attorneys, developers, and government agencies at the federal, state and local levels. These services have included:
