Sheet Extrusion Lines S-5 & T-13

On this project Three I Engineering provided an equipment installation package which included
construction drawings, specifications, and project inspection. This project involved two sheet
extrusion lines including hoppers, hopper dryers, extruder, die exhaust system, stacker, utility
piping and building modifications.
Phenol Oxidizer

On this project, Three I Engineering provided construction drawings and specifications for the
process and utility piping including supports, instrumentation and heat tracing for the addition
of a phenol oxidizer vessel which was approximately 17'-0" diameter x 120'-0" high.
Sheet Co-extrusion Line S-14

On this project, Three I Engineering provided an equipment installation package which included
construction drawings, specifications, and project inspection. This project involved six extruders
in a co-extrusion arrangement with a multi-layer feed block. The down stream equipment included an
oven, thermoformer, scrap grinder, and a packaging system.
