These systems include wastewater treatment, sanitary lift stations, domestic water pre-treatment, domestic water pressure booster systems, laboratories, kitchen and food preparation design, medical facilities, and pharmaceutical industry design.

From the utility piping standpoint, Three I Engineering has experience in chilled water plant, boiler plant, compressed air system, and cooling tower system design and layout.

The plumbing for this four story, 45,000 square foot facility included rough-in design for the storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and heating hot water stacks located throughout the building. Chilled water piping was routed from the hospital’s central cooling plant to the penthouse of the new building while a gas fired hot water boiler system was designed for heating. The second phase of this project involved designing final connections to tenant lease space plumbing fixtures and VAV reheat coils.

Three I Engineering provided the State of Indiana with a complete construction document and specification package for this 18,000 square foot single story facility. This project included storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and heating and cooling water piping design for a building which has a medical area, dental area, barber shop, and employee shower and locker rooms. The building has a 50 ton rotary screw reverse return chiller system and 690 MBH gas/light oil fired reverse return hot water boiler system.
