Although detailed fire protection design services are not offered, Three I Engineering can coordinate and specify the fire protection system based on the application and according to code and insurance requirements. Three I Engineering has experience in specifying wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems as well as chemical type extinguishing systems that serve computer rooms and food preparation equipment. Three I works closely with insurance carriers, local authorities, and NFPA officials to assure the client’s building conforms to all codes and standards.
Three I Engineering’s fire protection services can include preliminary sprinkler head layout design that is coordinated with the architectural reflected ceiling plans as well as preliminary piping layout work. This can be included in the bid construction document package to aid the fire protection design contractor in understanding the scope of the project thus providing a more competitive bid for our clients.
