Bruce, who was named principal in 2003, started working full time at Three I Engineering after graduating from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. As leader of the HVAC and plumbing division, Bruce is intimately involved in the design and development of industrial and commercial HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and industrial process piping systems. His responsibilities include managing the flow of HVAC and plumbing projects, conceptual design and development, attending client meetings, preparing engineering service quotations, preparing construction drawings and specifications, construction phase services, and promoting the company. Project ExperienceBruce has been involved in various types of industrial and commercial projects that include school air conditioning renovations, child care centers, medical office buildings, hospitals, research and development laboratories, auditoriums, and industrial process systems. Design of built-up variable air volume air handling systems, chilled water, hot water, steam systems, plumbing systems as well as penthouse and boiler room design are just an example of some of the type of projects that Bruce has successfully completed.
