Steve joined Three I Engineering in 1981 as the Principal of the Mechanical Department. Prior to coming to Three I, Steve worked as a project engineer in the paint finishing industry for several years.

As head of the HVAC and plumbing division, Steve is intimately involved in the design and development of industrial and commercial HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and industrial process piping systems. His responsibilities include managing the flow of HVAC and plumbing projects, conceptual design and development, attending client meetings, preparing engineering service quotations, preparing construction drawings and specifications, construction phase services, and promoting the company.

The Mechanical Department under Steve’s direction has received several awards for their projects:

1995 National Energy Award
1998 Consulting Engineers of Indiana Honor Award
