Process Engineering Design Services
Process Studies
Three I Engineering, Inc. can undertake a variety of process studies for your operation.
These can include de-bottlenecking, trouble shooting, process improvements, capacity studies,
system verification, and proposal and evaluation of processing schemes. A report containing
process discussion, calculations, and recommendations would be issued for you review and implementation.
Conceptual Process Design
Three I Engineering, Inc. can provide a Conceptual Process Design Package for your project. The
package would typically contain the following: process evaluations, process flow diagrams (PFD's),
material and energy balances, process descriptions, preliminary equipment selection and sizing, equipment
layout drawings, and capital budget estimate.
Schematic and Detailed Design
Three I Engineering, Inc. offers the following schematic and detailed design deliverables; piping
and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's), line sizing, process equipment specification, bid evaluation
and procurement, automation control philosophy, and process hazard reviews. These would be combined
with other engineering disciplines to produce a total design package for construction bidding.
Start-up
Services are available for preparation of start-up and operating manuals, system verification,
punch listing, operator training, and start-up assistance.
