roof evaluations, reroofing drawing and specifications, and inspection services
during reroofing. Our services can save client's money through bidding a project
to obtain the lowest price on equal quality materials and labor.
We have experience with coal tar pitch and asphalt built-up roofing systems
along with EPDM and other single-ply systems.
Our service can include the field measuring of the entire roof
and all penetrations, parapets, gutters, fascias, gravel stops, etc; selection of
the roofing system; examination of the existing structural system to accommodate
additional loads; taking roof cuts if required; and furnishing either periodic or
full time inspection services.
